Effective Date: July 18, 2025

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Use between the Customer and Angage Pty Ltd.

1. Roles

Customer acts as the Data Controller. Angage acts as the Data Processor.

2. Scope of Processing

Angage processes data solely to provide the services requested by the Customer including:

• Customer records
• Employee records
• Invoices and accounting data
• Communication logs

3. Security Measures

• Encrypted HTTPS transmission
• Access control and role permissions
• Infrastructure monitoring
• Regular system backups

4. Sub-Processors

Angage may engage trusted sub-processors listed on the Sub-processor page.

5. Data Subject Rights

Angage assists customers in responding to data access, correction, or deletion requests.

6. Data Deletion

Upon termination of services, customer data will be deleted or anonymised within a reasonable timeframe.
